In 2022, Drost made a rigorous intervention in his work 'triptych with the artist at a very young age'. For his exhibition 'bladgoudjongens' he painted over all the boy figures in this early work with gold paint. Beforehand, however, he quickly took eighty snapshots of the triptych. He edited these eighty photos in various ways in 2023: he copied, inscribed, abstracted and described them and thus collected them in a number of booklets.
This ultimately resulted in a cassette with five booklets.
